Harbans Singh Notary Public

Harbans Singh is a Law Graduate of London University and was called to the Bar in 1975 (Grays Inn). He was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Punjab & Haryana in 1980, admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1981, and was appointed as a Notary Public in 1988.

He is a qualified member of the Institute of Translation and interpreting, a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of the Chartered Management Institute.

He speaks Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu and translates legal documents and as a qualified translator, translates and authenticates legal documents eg. Indian land / property records and so on.

He is the senior partner of Harbans Singh & Co Solicitors, and is connected with Indian law firms in Jalandhar and Delhi, and a director law firm in Jalandhar, Punjab, and a director of HSBS Law Ltd (Slough).

In addition to specialising in Indian Law Harbans Singh also specialises in Immigration, asylum, nationality and human rights law and wills and probate and is a criminal defence lawyer and a duty solicitor in Birmingham.

Sangeeta Tutt Notary Public

Sangeeta Tutt holds a law degree in English and German Law from the University of Liverpool, A Masters Degree in Commercial Law from the University of Birmingham and a Post Graduate Diploma in Notarial Practice from Cambridge University.

She speaks Punjabi, Hindi, German and basic French. She practices as a solicitor and a Notary Public.
